ExpandoThane™ is a high-performance spray-applied roofing and insulation system designed to restore and protect existing commercial roofs without the cost and disruption of a full tear-off.

Its VOC-free, plural-component hybrid polyurea base coat expands up to seven times its volume, helping span gaps and fill small voids while creating a seamless, fully adhered waterproof membrane. A UV-stable topcoat completes the system, providing added weather protection and a reflective finished surface.
