Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at SprayEZ.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
SprayEZ.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
SprayEZ.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Refund & Return Policy
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days from delivery date you must contact Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc. Customer Service to determine the best course of action. Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc. will not issue refunds for products purchased through other
entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Defective units are covered under Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc.’s one year limited warranty policy will be replaced at Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc.’s cost. See “Returning Products Under Warranty,” below, for information on warranty returns. - A copy of the Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc. credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc. invoice may be requested prior to Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc. Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization.
- Unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc. reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email or call 1-650-318-8050 x 208, and provide the following information:Name:

- A copy of the Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc. original invoice, should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.
- Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
- Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.
- You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc.’s Yulee, Fl warehouse. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc. is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
- Returns may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.
- Funds will be credited within 5 days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to above criteria.
RETURNING PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY
- Defective products are covered by Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc.’s one-year limited warranty policy.

Yulee, Fla. 32097You have up to 30 days from Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc. issuing your RA number to return your product to our facility. Products received after the 30 day period may be returned to you. - The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- A copy of the credit card receipt, and Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc. invoice if applicable, must be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.
- Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
- Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to you via ground shipment.

Credit Card Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or pass along your personal information to anyone. Name, address and other identifying information that you provide is used by Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc. to maintain complete and accurate customer records. Your credit card information is not retained as the result of any of these processes.
